Outline of "First World Obligation", 16th of June
I am writing about "the responsibility of developed countries". I am standing for "limited" responsibility on this topic.
Introduction
- Current situation between developed and developing countries
- Introducing other people's opinion
Arguments against
- Developed countries' exploitation of developing countries and responsibility for past historical actions
- importance of humanitarian deeds and standard of living for developing countries
- promotion in economic stability
Arguments in favour
- Every country is responsible for its own people
- Makes developing countries much more dependent on developed countries
- Need for real economic opportunities rather than charity
Conclusion
- Limited responsibility
- The way developed countries compromise on extensive responsibility : reducing their debt, offer an education , etc.
